Devine Occasions is a retailer business. We have a firm customer policy which states:

"Merchandise Return/Exchange Policy is to make your selections carefully.
We will not exchange for size, color or style."


Return Policy claims must be made by telephone by contacting Mr. Howard Finney at 972-896-1378 or in writing within 5 days from receipt of goods and buyers are responsible for return shipping.

NO REFUNDS! There will be no cash, check or charge refunds. Only IN-HOUSE Credits are issued.

Privacy Policy: ANY information that we receive from you such as names and email addresses, will be used ONLY for notices BY and FROM Devine Occasions regarding new arrivals, closeouts, and sales--no other reasons whatsoever.

From time to time we will advertise an offer from a third-party. We respect your privacy and will not sell your name.
